A secluded, grassy river flat surrounded by forested hills provides good sightings of native animals in their natural habitat and opportunities for exploratory nature walks; clear water running over a stony river bed invites guests on a hot day; star-filled skies encourage al fresco dining on warm nights or sitting around a chiminera when it’s cooler.
As Waterholes Guest House is not dependent on season for its appeal, this place of peace and beauty is the perfect setting for well-being retreats at any time of the year.
Waterholes is also ideally situated as the first or last stopover for those travelling the Great Alpine Road or the Sydney to Melbourne Coastal Drive.
Waterholes is available to very few people at any one time, thus retaining the sense of privilege and privacy.
